Salata, a leading built-to-order salad kitchen, has announced its second location in North Carolina, opening at Rea Farms this fall. Located at 9855 Sandy Rock Pl., Charlotte, NC 28277, Salata will join the restaurant lineup at the historic community, serving fresh and healthy meal options with satisfying portions. Charlotte’s first Salata location will open in the Ally Building uptown late this summer.

The new Rea Farms Salata will offer guests fully customizable, built-to-order salads and wraps, soups and organic teas and lemonades. All fresh fruits, vegetables and lean proteins will be prepared and chopped daily in-house. With five salad bases, more than 50 toppings, and 11 house-made, gluten-free dressings, guests can create meals tailored to their lifestyle and define what healthy means to them. Some of Salata’s signature dressings include Honey Mustard, Chipotle Ranch, Sun Dried Tomato, Fresh Herb Vinaigrette and Ginger Lime, as well as classics like Buttermilk Ranch and Classic Caesar. Warm grains and proteins will also be available as a topping, a unique offering to the Charlotte locations. Guests can earn points toward rewards with every purchase by signing up for Salata’s Tastemaker Rewards program.

The Rea Farms Salata is owned and operated by Free Fenix, LLC – partnered with Watson Six, LLC. The franchise group will introduce Salata to the community with the brands’ first North Carolina location opening late this summer in uptown Charlotte, and plans for continued expansion.
