    Salsarita’s Launches Mobile App, Rewards System

    Salsarita’s Fresh Mexican Grill launched a free mobile app, giving loyal customers more rewards on-the-go when they eat fresh. The app is designed with a robust rewards system that will send promotions and offer free items just for Salsarita’s app users.

    Guests will receive a free combo upgrade offer when they join the rewards program. Users will get one point for each dollar spent. When 100 points are reached, guests will receive $10 in rewards. When shared with friends, Salsarita’s app customers will get rewarded every time they successfully refer someone else.

    The app also includes a new online ordering platform powered by Olo who is an industry leader. This new ordering system is available through the Salsarita’s app and Salsaritas.com. With this Olo partnership Salsarita’s has also tested an online ordering system for catering, which will be available system wide by late March.

    “We’re thrilled with the results since the app launched in early February 2019,” says Kelly O’Dell, Salsarita’s director of marketing. “Total online orders have increased 24 percent compared to before the app. Since the launch, 25 percent of all online orders have come through the app. In addition, the app improved our existing rewards program by making it easier for guests to keep track of their purchases. Plus, loyalty guest frequency has nearly doubled since the app launch. The launch also introduced a catering component with our rewards program which is 20-30 percent of our business.”

    The Salsarita’s Fresh Mexican Grill mobile app will keep customers connected with new offers, rewards, and exciting updates. It is available via the Apple App Store or Google Play.
