Sandella’s Flatbread Café has signed a contract with J & K Industries to introduce the hot concept to the Southeast Michigan area.

Sandella’s Flatbread Café has more than 125 locations offering healthy and delicious menu items based on its famous flatbread. Sandella’s recently opened in Hollywood and Orange County, California, and will soon have a location in the Newark airport. There are 400 more restaurants in development across the U.S. and the United Arab Emirates.

J & K Industries is targeting Southeast Michigan areas such as Birmingham, Ann Arbor, and Troy for their upcoming stores and hope to open their first location by the end of the summer in 2009.

Restaurants average 1,000-1,500 square feet and seat 30 to 40 guests.
