Sauce on the Side announced the addition of Brad Eaton to the role of president of Franchise Operations and Development.This appointment will further position the brand for continued growth and accelerates the process of identifying strategic Franchise partnerships throughout the central part of the United States.

Since opening their first restaurant focused on fresh, high quality, hand-crafted calzones, salads and desserts in St Louis in 2012, the Sauce on the Side brand has established itself as a restaurant brand breaking through the sea of sameness. After building a reputation for indulgent food and dynamic authenticity, Sauce on the Side has won hearts and stomachs of guests across the Midwest. Perfecting the craft of authenticity in food and service allowed the brand to build a strong business model, and begin Franchising in 2018.

Sauce on the Side currently has eight restaurants across Missouri and Indiana, with six additional development commitments through 2022.

Eaton is coming to the Sauce on the Side brand, with vast experience in the franchised restaurant space, most recently departing Inspire Brands where he supported Franchise Operations for the Buffalo Wild Wings brand. Before Inspire Brands, Eaton was the CEO and Managing Partner of a Burger King franchise organization, after departing Restaurant Brands International, where he played significant roles in the franchise development, operations and marketing of the Burger King business.
