Schlotzsky’s, home of The Original toasted sandwich, has decided to celebrate the end of tax season on April 15 by giving customers a free small The Original sandwich with the purchase of a 32 oz. drink and chips, per person, per visit.

This one-day-only deal is valid at all participating locations with no coupon necessary.

“As tax season comes to a close, we couldn’t think of a better time to reward our loyal customers for all their hard work,” says Kelly Roddy, president of Schlotzsky’s. “The Schlotzsky’s menu has evolved over the years, but The Original has been a fan favorite since our inception. We hope everyone enjoys this special giveaway.”

The Original Sandwich is made of lean smoked ham, Genoa and Cotto salamis, and melted cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses layered with black olives, red onion, lettuce, tomato, mustard, and signature dressing on toasted sourdough bread.

Schlotzsky’s restaurants present guests with more than 15 different sandwiches on their freshly-baked buns, as well as gourmet pizzas, freshly made-to-order tossed salads, and a variety of soups and delectable desserts.
