Schlotzsky's Adding More Brisket to the Menu

Schlotzsky’s is delving even deeper into its Austin roots and bringing the tastes of its hometown to guests with new, bold flavored brisket menu items.

Brisket was successfully added to the menu in October 2016 with the launch of Schlotzsky's “Macs" (mac 'n' cheese entrées), one of which included hickory wood–smoked brisket. Now through the month of February, Schlotzsky’s customers will have the option to try two new brisket-inspired flatbreads with its annual Pick2 value option, including the mouthwatering Italian Shrimp & Brisket and Spicy Brisket flatbreads. Schlotzsky’s knows its customers are looking for food to be more adventurous and bold. The new Macs, flatbreads, and soon-to-be-launched BIG & BOLD brisket sandwiches will continue to offer guests options with bold flavor profiles and fresh ingredients.
