Boundless Enterprises, franchisor for Scooter’s Coffee & Yogurt, is announcing a multi-unit expansion agreement with new franchisees, Jon and Deanna Erwin.

The agreement includes the development of 10 Scooter’s Coffee & Yogurt locations in the greater Kansas City metro area. Construction for the first location will begin in 2012.

Jon and Deanna Erwin became interested in the Scooter’s franchise opportunity after seeing its success firsthand in the Omaha area.

“Scooter’s has a huge brand presence in Omaha, Nebraska, and with over 25 stores already open and operating in the Kansas/Missouri region, the expansion opportunity in Kansas City was one we could not pass up,” Jon Erwin says. “Scooter’s is growing, and we wanted to be a part of it.”

“Jon and Deanna Erwin reflect the type of quality people we want to partner with,” says Todd Graeve, director of business development for Boundless Enterprises.

“We couldn’t be happier to welcome them into the Scooter’s family. They’ve seen Scooter’s firsthand in Omaha and clearly understand who we are as a company. I’m confident they will continue to drive our principals of excellence in Kansas City.”

Scooter’s Coffee & Yogurt recently added three additional multi-unit franchisees in Denver, Houston, and Dallas/Ft. Worth.
