Shake Shack announced it will pay a year-end bonus to team members from $250 to $400. It awarded a 10 percent premium pay on top of hourly wage rates the end of April and then extended it again through August 19.
As a continued thank you to teams, the company announced a new reward opportunity for team members in the form of a year-end bonus. Bonus amounts will be based on the position held.
Shake Shack is also guaranteeing bonus payments to all managers in the Shacks through both Q3 and Q4. For Q2 it thanked team’s efforts and hustle with a guaranteed 10 percent bonus.
As recognition and a thank you for the “incredible grit they continue to demonstrate, we’ll also be guaranteeing bonus payments to all managers in the Shacks through both Q3 and Q4,” the company said.
