Slice House by Tony Gemignani, the highly successful fast-casual pizza franchise by world renowned pizzaiolo Tony Gemignani, announced the February 3, 2024 opening of its new Folsom location, franchised and operated by Sandeep Gill. Exciting grand opening day events include a special appearance by Tony; book signings of Tony’s The Pizza Bible, and a free t-shirt giveaway for the first 50 paying guests of Slice House, which will open at 11 a.m. PT. Located at 3210 E Bidwell Street #100 at The Shops at Folsom Ranch, the pizzeria presents artisan pizza by the 13-time world champion in a fast casual setting. Additionally, it brings more than 30 new full- and part-time jobs to the Folsom community.

Slice House in Folsom features an expansive menu of Gemignani’s famous New York, Sicilian, Grandma, Detroit, and California style pizzas including gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options, as well as pasta, wings, and salads accompanied by a drink menu featuring local craft brews and natural wines. The Vampire Killer Pizza is a Grandma-style pizza with black garlic sourced locally, Italian sausage, Tony Gemignani Hot Red Pepper Oil with Calabrian chili, and honey from El Dorado Honey Co. from El Dorado County; it was created by Gemignani and inspired by the owner’s love of spice and garlic. The Vampire Killer Pizza will be available exclusively at Slice House in Folsom for purchase by the slice only at the restaurant.
The pizza hot spot has indoor seating for 20 people and outdoor seating for 40 people; in addition, it offers takeout, online ordering, and delivery. As of Saturday, February 3 onwards, it is open seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. PT.

Folsom Ranch, a 3,585-acre planned community, features development of 11,500 new homes, commercial, industrial sites, and retail as a part of The Shops at Folsom Ranch, with Slice House by Tony Gemignani being among the first to open. It is located at the Highway 50 and E Bidwell Street interchange, offering easy access for locals and commuters, as well as residents.
