Slim Chickens will continue the international expansion of its 100 percent all-natural, fresh chicken and unrivaled flavor, with its newest opening in the Westquay Shopping Centre located at Harbour Parade, Southampton SO15 1QF on August 5.

This opening marks the eighth Slim Chickens location in the UK. BRG has already opened seven Slim Chickens locations in London, Bristol, Cardiff and Kent.

Boparan Restaurant Group has entered into a sub-franchise development agreement with JRK Restaurants under which the new sub-franchise partners will open initially five outlets across the UK’s South Coast. JRK are established, London based businessmen who already have interests within the food and hospitality franchise sectors and have joined forces specifically to partner with BRG on the Slim Chickens’ brand.

The Southampton opening is one piece in Slim Chickens’ larger growth story. Since its founding in 2003, the brand has celebrated over 100 openings, with an overall goal of opening 600 restaurants by 2025. In the UK alone, the brand has already grown tremendously to nearly ten locations.
