Slim Chickens Opens in Utah

    Slim Chickens announced its new restaurant opening at 5167 W. Anthem Park Boulevard. Mile High Chicken LLC, a seasoned restaurant group, is at the helm of the new location.

    The better-chicken brand has opened 120 locations across the United States, Kuwait and the United Kingdom, and is known for its passionate group of followers in the markets that it has locations in. With more than 500 locations in development, the brand’s momentum shows no signs of slowing down.

    Mile High Chicken has an extensive portfolio, having successfully launched 23 restaurants across various segments. The Slim Chickens in Herriman marks Mile High Chicken’s 24th restaurant and is the fourth brick and mortar Slim Chickens’ location opened by the brand, along with a food truck launched in 2019. Mile High Chicken is set to open a total of 30 Slim Chickens with four more locations slated to run in 2021.
