Smashburger added organic arugula and organic mushrooms on its menus nationwide, introducing its new Organic Arugula, Truffle Mushroom & Swiss Burger. Last year, Smashburger introduced additional organic beverage options, including Honest Fresh-Brewed Organic Teas and Apple Juice, and Horizon Organic Milk. The company is also in the process of identifying more ways to incorporate all-natural items to their menu, including all-natural grilled chicken and ice cream.

The new Organic Arugula, Truffle Mushroom & Swiss Burger serves up a synergy of flavors through the Swiss cheese, truffle oil, and grilled mushrooms, combined with the peppery, green notes from the arugula and the creaminess of the melted Swiss and mayo. The original Truffle Mushroom & Swiss Burger is also still available.
