Bon Appétit Management Company today announced that its new SODO Kitchen at Starbucks Center is open to the public for breakfast and lunch.
Located on the third floor of Starbucks corporate headquarters at 2401 Utah Ave. S. in Seattle, SODO Kitchen, represents a long-awaited new dining option for locals in the city’s South of Downtown (SODO) neighborhood.
“We’re very proud to be able to offer our fresh, seasonally authentic cooking to SODO visitors as well as our regular Starbucks diners,” says Bon Appétit CEO Fedele Bauccio.
“We know that Seattle residents care about the same values we do —sustainable seafood, locally sourced produce and meat, plentiful vegetarian options, and healthy yet flavorful menus.”
The 12,648 square foot restaurant is operated by Bon Appétit Management Company, long admired for its socially responsible business practices, which extend to the food served in the restaurants the company manages.
Among such offerings from the SODO Kitchen Executive Chef team of Rick Stromire and Jim Cooley is Rotisserie Lemon Oregano Chicken with a signature SODO Kitchen Macaroni & Cheese, St. Jude’s Albacore Tuna, Draper Valley Tandoori Chicken, SODO Rueben, and Quattro Formaggio pizza [from the wood stone pizza oven].
Prices range from $6.79 to $8.99.
