Tampa-based SoFresh, an emerging fresh casual concept that serves nutritious, made-to order meals that are quick and healthy, will enter the Orlando area market with its first location in Longwood.
According to Clay Donato, SoFresh partner/vice president development. SoFresh has finalized plans to open at Longwood’s Springs Plaza. It is near Publix on West State Road 434.
“Central Florida has been on our radar for a while,” Donato says. “The Orlando Metro market is an obvious start for SoFresh We are very excited to serve the area with our menu items.”
The Longwood owner/operator partners are Shea Hughes and Tyler Patten.
“I’ve been eating at SoFresh as a customer for quite some time now,” says Patten. “I love the food and culture. I can’t wait to bring the SoFresh brand to Orlando and serve the community our delicious and nutritious meals.”
According to Donato, SoFresh is projected to add eight to 10 additional locations in 2021. Upcoming openings in Tampa Bay include Carrollwood on May 11 and Palm Harbor to follow later in this year.
