Tampa-based SoFresh, an emerging fresh casual concept that serves nutritious, made-to order meals that are quick and healthy, has inked a location for Palm Harbor, according to Clay Donato, partner/vice president development.

“Palm Harbor is a thriving, vibrant community,” says Donato. “SoFresh will be a good fit with its healthy menu offerings.”

The SoFresh franchise owner/operators are the Roberto and Sonia Gotti and Joseph and Lely Abraham family. It will be located near the Publix store in the former GameStop in the Shoppes of Boot Ranch at 246 East Lake Road.

“One day while eating in the South Tampa location, I asked my wife about our becoming a franchise owner,” Joseph Abraham says. “She loved the idea. We’ve been saving for a while now, and this is a dream come true. There is nothing more rewarding than working not only in something that we love, but also something that makes a difference in people’s life and the community.”

“SoFresh serves nutritious meals made to order,” Donato adds. “We think the community will embrace our healthy and nutritious bowls, wraps, salads and smoothies.”

In addition, SoFresh is currently seeking franchise partners in Trinity, Wesley Chapel and Riverview.
