Tampa-based SoFresh, an emerging fresh casual concept that serves nutritious, made-to order meals that are quick and healthy, has finalized plans to open Boston and St. Petersburg locations in 2021, according to Clay Donato, SoFresh partner/vice president development.

“We are very excited to bring the first SoFresh locations to both of these areas,” says Donato. “We think SoFresh will be a good fit with its healthy offerings.”

“SoFresh serves nutritious meals made to order,” Donato  adds. “We think the communities will embrace our healthy menu .”
