Beginning January 8, Starbucks customers can cozy up with the latest seasonal beverage: the New Cinnamon Shortbread Latte, featuring rich espresso combined with notes of brown butter and vanilla, and topped with warm, wintery spices of cinnamon and nutmeg. Order it hot, iced or as a Frappuccino blended beverage. The Cinnamon Shortbread Latte is available for a limited time, while supplies last.

Choose Your Espresso
Whether you prefer smooth and subtle or rich and caramelly, there’s a Starbucks Espresso that’s perfect for you. Starbucks® Blonde Espresso—celebrating its one-year anniversary on our menu this January—is smooth and subtly sweet, making it perfect for unflavored beverages. Starbucks Signature Espresso on the other hand, is a dark roast with rich and roasty caramel sweetness. To taste for yourself, try asking for any of these customer-favorite beverages this winter:
With Blonde Espresso:
- Starbucks Blonde Flat White: Subtly smooth ristretto shots of Starbucks Blonde Espresso are paired with the perfect amount of whole milk, creating a cup that’s not too bold, not too creamy, but just right.
- Iced Starbucks Blonde Americano: Espresso shots are topped with water to produce a light layer of crema then served over ice. This version is made with our Starbucks Blonde Espresso for a cup that is extra smooth, subtly sweet and nuanced.
With Signature Espresso:
- Iced Caramel Macchiato: We combine our rich, full-bodied Signature Espresso with vanilla-flavored syrup, milk and ice, then top it off with caramel drizzle for an oh-so-sweet finish.
- White Chocolate Mocha: Our Signature Espresso meets white chocolate sauce and steamed milk, then is finished with sweetened whipped cream in this white chocolate delight.
New Winter Food
Starbucks customer-favorite Sous Vide Egg Bites have a new flavor permanently joining their ranks this winter. The New Ham, Cheddar and Peppers Sous Vide Egg Bites are made with cage-free eggs, cheddar, cottage and Monterey Jack cheese, onions, uncured ham and red and green bell peppers. These delicious bites are packed with 17 grams of protein.
Other new and returning food items on the menu this winter include:
- New Ham & Swiss Panini: Sliced golden baguette, spread with Dijon butter, layered with smoky-sweet ham and Swiss cheese. This panini joins the permanent menu.
- New Red Velvet Loaf Cake: Red velvet cake swirled with vanilla-flavored cake and topped with white chocolaty icing. Available for a limited time, while supplies last.
- Morning Bun: An updated recipe with more flakiness in every bite. This new Morning Bun joins the permanent bakery menu.
Starbucks Passport Series:
Asia Pacific is the second destination on our journey through the world’s coffee regions, celebrating the bold, earthy and herbal flavors of Indonesia, Papua New Guinea and Sumatra.
Celebrating coffees from around the world, the limited-time Starbucks Passport Series follows the coffee harvest from different growing regions, bringing customers whole beans that were picked at the peak of their freshness, perfectly roasted to highlight the range of flavors inherent to the region.
- Sumatra Single Origin: A medium roast featuring soft cedar notes with a mellow earthiness
- Anniversary Blend: Complex and full-bodied dark roast, with distinctive cedary spice notes
- Papua New Guinea Single Origin: This Starbucks Blonde Roast is bright with hints of jasmine and a tea-like body
