As fall’s official arrival approaches, Starbucks is bringing new and familiar flavors to menus across the country including returning favorite Maple Pecan Latte (back with a twist), new Cold Foam Dark Cocoa Nitro and the new, limited-time Starbucks Passport Series of whole bean coffees, perfect for brewing at home.
Customers will have the opportunity to try the Maple Pecan Latte—iced with Cold Foam or hot—as part of Starbucks Happy Hour this Thursday, September 20 where eligible customers can receive 50 percent off any handcrafted espresso beverage sized grande or larger, starting at 3 p.m.
Starbucks Maple Pecan Latte, now Iced with Cold Foam
Inspired by classic fall flavors and the changing leaves of the season, the Starbucks Maple Pecan Latte is coming back for a second year—but this time, with a twist. A smooth blend of signature espresso and milk, combined with notes of maple syrup and pecan and finished with a autumn sugar topping, the Iced Maple Pecan Latte is newly available, finished with smooth, velvety Cold Foam. It’s also available hot and blended, while supplies last.
New Cold Foam Dark Cocoa Nitro
Inspired by a dark chocolate stout, our velvety-smooth Nitro Cold Brew is topped with bittersweet cocoa Cold Foam, bringing out the coffee’s natural chocolate notes. Available on tap, where Nitro is served, while supplies last.
New Starbucks Passport Series
Celebrating coffees from around the world, the new, limited-time Starbucks Passport Series follows the coffee harvest from different growing regions, bringing whole beans to customers at their peak freshness, perfectly roasted to highlight the range of flavors inherent to the region.
Perfect for cozy fall days at home, Starbucks first installment of the Passport Series consists of whole bean coffees from Central America:
- Guatemala Casi Cielo: A medium roast, with a smooth body, bright lemon notes and lingering cocoa finish
- Honduras Marcala: Well-balanced dark roast, caramelly sweet with hints of dark chocolate
- Costa Rica Tarrazú: This blonde roast has a refreshing acidity, round body and juicy citrus notes
