More than 100 Starbucks stores in South Florida’s Miami-Dade and Broward counties are now delivering through Uber Eats. A representative from the java giant told The Daily Meal: “We’re in the initial stages of testing a new way for customers to enjoy Starbucks with Uber Eats, currently available from more than 100 participating stores in the Miami area. We’re always testing new products and experiences for our customers and look forward to hearing their feedback—and we look forward to sharing more details at a later date.”

Per an article in Miami.com, the deliveries are taking less than 30 minutes from the time the order is placed. The option to order Starbucks is showing up on the app only if the store is close enough to meet that goal, according to J.P. Restrepo, general manager for Uber Eats in Florida.

The platform was piloted in about 20 stores before expanding to 112 South Florida locations. “It’s something that we’ve been obsessed with,” Restrepo told Miami.com in regards to delivering the coffee hot.

He added that feedback thus far has been positive. In beta testing, Uber Eats said the most popular order was the caramel Frappuccino.
