Stevi B’s Pizza announced the promotions of Tim Walker to senior vice president of finance, Scott Knight to vice president of operations, and Brent Hobbs to senior director of franchise operations and training.
As senior vice president of finance, Walker will oversee all finance and accounting functions and will develop, measure, and analyze key performance indicators of the company. He most recently served as controller for Stevi B’s and has held former finance roles with Delta Airlines and Arby’s Restaurant Group. Walker earned his bachelor’s degree from Berry College and received a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia State University.
As vice president of operations, Knight will provide overall direction and guidance to the operational activities of the organization with the objective of maximizing growth and profitability. His new role will include day-to-day leadership and management to all company and franchise operations functions. Knight most recently served as senior director of operations for Stevi B’s and has held several franchise-related jobs, including being the owner/partner of 13 Sonic Drive-In restaurants in the metro-Atlanta area. Knight earned his Master of Business Administration from Mississippi State University.
As senior director of franchise operations and training, Hobbs will focus on building restaurant sales and franchisee profitability while overseeing franchise operations, training, new store openings, research and development, menu development, and food safety. With previous jobs in food service with Greyhound Lines, CiCi’s Pizza, and Dominos Pizza, Hobbs has more than 20 years of restaurant and franchise experience. Hobbs earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky.
