At a time of change, Americans want choices and Sticky Fingers, a Charleston, South Carolina-based smokehouse introduces its new menu that lets guests choose their favorites.

Combination platters are the highlight of the menu. Guests can choose one, two, or even three of their favorite meats. Sticky Fingers is also adding new items to the menu, being introduced today at all 18 restaurants.

“This new menu is great for our guests who are torn between their favorites,” says Pat Reilly, operating partner in Charleston. “It gives them the option to choose what they want. “Our new menu proves you can have your barbecue and eat it, too.”

New “Blues Plate” specials are now available all day, every day for less than $10. These include the new Combo Plate ($6.99 and $8.99) and the Rib Combo Plate ($8.99), both served with one Southern side. Other Blues Plate specials include the Rib Plate ($8.49), the Rib & Barbecue Combo ($9.49), and the Stuffed Potato ($6.99) with a choice of pulled pork or grilled or pulled chicken.

Another available combination is the Barbecue Platter Combo, where guests can choose two or three different barbecue platters along with two Southern sides. Smoked Sausage is a new menu item that will be available as a choice for all of the new combo entrees.

Another new menu is Smoked Meatloaf – the barbecue version of the American classic. It’s smoked on the pit and topped with Memphis Original barbecue sauce. It can be ordered as a platter or sandwich. There are also three new sides to choose from: Smokehouse Rice, which features pulled chicken, rib meat and smoked sausage; collard greens, a Southern classic; and Creamy Mac and Cheese.

The new menu can be seen online or by visiting any Sticky Fingers restaurant.
