Before joining Submarina as COO in 2006, Zeller began her career in franchising more than 23 years ago at Domino’s Pizza where she oversaw operational aspects including unit-level sales growth and profitability, marketing, new product development, royalty collection, and standards compliance for 725 franchises.
In addition, Zeller served as senior vice president of operations for Mail Boxes Etc., overseeing all purchasing and operational aspects for 3,400 domestic franchises.
“I am honored and eager to expand my leadership role with Submarina, and I look forward to undertaking new responsibilities with such a highly dedicated team of employees and franchisees,” Zeller says.

Under Zeller’s tenure as COO, Submarina opened a record number of 18 new restaurants in 2008. Submarina California Subs was ranked second in Restaurantchain.net's list of the Top 20 Fastest Growing Concepts and was named QSR magazine's Best of Franchising Support. Former CEO, Jeff Warfield, will remain within Submarina as an area developer in Riverside County, California.
