ParkerWhite Inc., a strategic branding communications agency based in Cardiff-by-the-Sea, California, has been retained by Submarina California Subs to execute its public relations outreach. The agency will conduct media relations and a strategic PR campaign for the San Diego–based, nationwide sandwich chain.
