Subway will be rolling out a limited-time offer, the oven crisp chicken sub, a first of its kind in the industry. The sub is a baked chicken product with the taste of fried chicken, without the fat or the frying. A 6-inch oven crisp chicken sub has only seven grams of fat if ordered on Subway’s new, calcium- and Vitamin D-fortified bread. The oven crisp chicken sub debuts August 15 and is availablue until September 30.

A new yogurt parfait will also debut on Subway’s Fresh Fit menu. Available for breakfast, lunch, or dinner as a snack or side, the parfait consists of low-fat vanilla yogurt layered with strawberries and blueberries and topped with granola. The low fat parfait is prepared fresh in-store, and has 160 calories and only two grams of fat per serving.
