Seventy percent of consumers report they are trying to increase their vegetable intake, Subway says.

For a limited time only at participating Subway restaurants, guests can try new Cauliflower Fritter Signature Wraps and Cauliflower Dippers.

Subway is testing the new veggie-forward offering in Baltimore, Maryland, and Seattle, Washington. The new Cauliflower Fritters are made with premium white cauliflower, seasoned with onions and garlic and given a crispy coating. Guests have the option to add new creamy curry sauce, which offers a flavorful kick and is made with red pepper, basil, coconut milk, curry powder, red chili, garlic, and ginger.

The Cauliflower Fritters can be enjoyed three ways:

    • The Cauliflower Curry Signature Wrap with new creamy curry sauce comes on a spinach wrap, featuring Cauliflower Fritters, lettuce, fresh cut red onions and green peppers, banana peppers and is topped with delicious curry sauce.
    • The Cauliflower Ranch Signature Wrap starts on a tomato basil wrap with crispy Cauliflower Fritters, piled high with spinach, fresh cut tomatoes and red onions, jalapenos and finished with creamy ranch sauce.
    • Cauliflower Dippers are perfect for a snack or side; two Cauliflower Dippers are served with a side of curry sauce, or any dipping sauce you desire.

Seventy percent of consumers report they are trying to increase their vegetable intake. Subway is the go-to fast food restaurant for those looking to savor fresh veggies in a delicious meal that won’t weigh them down.

The new Cauliflower Fritter Signature Wrap and Cauliflower Dippers are now available for a limited time only at participating restaurants in Seattle and will be available in Baltimore starting on February 27.
