For summer, the all-American bakery is offering Strawberry Lemonade Cupcakes filled with lemon frosting and topped with vanilla frosting; Strawberry Shortcake filled with strawberries and a light vanilla pudding and frosted with whipped cream; Strawberry Rhubarb Pie filled with strawberries and rhubarb, topped with SusieCakes’ pie crumble (available as a 6-inch or 9-inch pie); Strawberry Frosted Sugar Cookies – available individually or as a party platter of 18 cookies; Key Lime Pie baked into a graham cracker crust, topped with whipped cream (available as a 6-inch or 9-inch pie); Lemon Cheesecake baked atop a graham cracker crust, topped with lemon curd (individual size available daily, 8-inch size available by pre-order).
For Father’s Day SusieCakes’ is featuring Father’s Day Cupcakes, Frosted Sugar Cookies, and custom decorations for a SusieCakes’ cake. In the Pride spirit, SusieCakes is offering a Frosted Sugar Cookie Platter with heart-shaped cookies in every shade of the rainbow.
