Sweet Leaf Tea Company, the Austin, Texas-based maker of organic, all-natural, home-style iced teas, lemonades, and other beverages, announced that Silver Eagle Distributors L.P. will be providing Sweet Leaf Tea to the greater Houston and San Antonio areas. Silver Eagle is the largest distributor of Anheuser-Busch products and services close to 11,000 accounts, with four distribution centers in Houston and one in San Antonio.

“It is imperative for us to align ourselves with ‘best in class’ distributors to obtain our goals,” David Smith, co-founder and VP of sales for Sweet Leaf Tea, said. “The size of our distributors doesn’t matter as much as their willingness to partner with us and our initiatives to become the most profitable ready-to-drink organic tea brand in the market.”

Sweet Leaf Tea’s products are currently available in about 30 percent of U.S. markets, and can be found in natural stores and grocery chains.
