Syrus eUniversity Offers Online Food-Cost Training

    Syrus Restaurant Information Services, provider of restaurant technologies, launched a new on-demand program designed to help combat rising food costs.

    With the recent record drought, commodity prices will be expected to increase in the next year. In response, restaurant managers are searching for strategies to offset rising food costs.
