Creed is credited as a strong brand marketer in the United States with extensive international restaurant experience and working knowledge of the Taco Bell brand.
In his most recent position as chief marketing officer for Tricon Restaurants International, Creed developed the Taco Bell brand in Australia. He led a breakthrough Taco Bell menu initiative in that country and drove significant operational improvements. He has consistently innovated in the areas of new product development, marketing calendar initiatives and brand differentiating advertising.

"His strategic vision, focus on results, and ability to build strong franchise relationships make him the ideal candidate for our chief marketing officer,'' added Brolick.
Prior to joining the Tricon family, Creed had extensive brand management and positioning experience with Lever Brothers, including serving as the global brand manager for Dove soap and driving the launch of Lever 2000.
For the past several months, Brolick has been acting as chief marketing officer working with creative advertising partner, Food Cone & Belding, and will continue to do so until Creed joins the company in early May.
