Taco Bueno is launching its first-ever food truck, TaGO Bueno. The truck will be scheduled at major events and food truck parks around the Dallas/Fort Worth area, with the intention of expanding to other markets including Oklahoma City and Tulsa. The first stop for TaGO Bueno was September 5 at the Thistle Hill Food Park in Fort Worth, Texas.

“We are very excited about our company’s newest addition,” says chief development officer, Mike Roper. “TaGO Bueno will not only allow us to reach our loyal customers from anywhere, it will allow us to share our food with new audiences who have yet to discover our delicious Tex-Mex.”

Although the truck is starting in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, it will eventually travel into and beyond Taco Bueno’s other core markets. The truck’s goal is to visit communities that have never tasted the brand’s made-fresh-in-house Tex-Mex menu in addition to serving consumers who have enjoyed the brand for 46 years.

The truck will be serving a selection of the same great menu found in stores. Menu options may vary by event, but will typically include an assortment of soft or crispy tacos made with steak, chicken, or fresh ground beef, traditional bean, and combo burritos, Taco Bueno’s unique Muchacos, quesadillas, as well as a variety of nachos, chips, and dips. For dessert, customers can expect a cheesecake chimichanga. Additionally, menus can be completely personalized and hand-picked to fit the needs of private events.

TaGO Bueno will be present at Thistle Hill Food Park for lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Thursday during the month of September. It will also be at the three-day Hot Air Balloon Festival in Plano, Texas on September 20 to 22. Customers who visit the TaGO Bueno food truck are encouraged to share their photos and experiences with us via Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
