Starting August 20, guests will be able to enjoy even more variety with TC’s NEW Beyond Meat menu items, Carne Asada Tacos and Mango Margarita.
Taco Cabana’s new Beyond Meat is a plant-based twist on the chain’s signature menu, giving guests delicious and convenient vegetarian and vegan options to fall in love with. All new Beyond Meat menu items feature the brand’s innovative plant-based protein made without GMO’s, soy or gluten.
“One of the best things about our menu is variety,” says Chuck Locke, President of Taco Cabana. “We always say there’s something for everyone at TC and the launch of Beyond Meat expands that even more.”
Taco Cabana’s new Carne Asada Tacos are back and improved with new recipes inspired by TC’s Tex-Mex heritage. Guests can order a single Carne Asada Taco for $2.49 or a duo for $4.69 (mix and match, or two of a kind).
“While Beyond Meat is something completely new for us, our Carne Asada Tacos take us back to our roots,” says Locke. “This latest menu launch provides a unique balance of traditional and new, and I expect that guests will enjoy how we’ve integrated ingredients to complement our signature fresh TC flavor.”
San Antonio and El Paso markets will launch the Carne Asada items on August 20, with Beyond Meat items arriving September 3. Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston markets will launch the Beyond Meat items on August 20, with Carne Asada items arriving September 3.
All new Beyond Meat and Carne Asada items will be available system-wide on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 for all TC restaurants across Texas to enjoy.
As seasons go, the fan favorite Mango Margarita is back for $4 all day, every day.
