Taylor Gourmet has named Andrew P. Kellogg Chief Opearting Officer effective immediately. Kellogg joins the hoagie shop with 14 units in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, and soon to be open Chicago. Kellogg will oversee day-to-day operations and lead a staff of more than 250 employees. Kellogg’s career highlights include work as Executive Team Director of Chipotle Mexican Grill, Mid-AtlanEc Region, where he developed and grew the restaurant group to more than 2300 units by focusing on providing the very best guest experience.
Kellogg began with the Denver based Chipotle in 2008 and held a number of operations roles within the Region. Prior to Chipotle, Kellogg served in the United States Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer and is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy.
