Tech Solutions Provider Gets Exclusive with Financial Services Company

XPIENT Solutions LLC, a technology solutions provider to the quick-service, fast-casual, and family dining restaurant segments, announced that it has selected RBS WorldPay Inc., the fastest-growing top ten payment processor in the U.S., as its preferred payments provider. With more than 25,000 installed restaurants, XPIENT's technology solutions support some of the largest brands in the foodservice industry. Under the terms of the agreement, XPIENT will recommend RBS WorldPay to both current and future clients in order to provide a fully integrated payments offering.

"Over the course of the past few months we identified, together with our resellers and clients, the fundamental need for a single-source relationship with a payments provider—one that could provide excellent service, a full array of processing solutions, and value at a competitive price for XPIENT clients," says Christopher Sebes, president and CEO of XPIENT Solutions. "It became clear that RBS WorldPay fit the bill. In speaking with our joint clients, RBS WorldPay showed clear leadership in providing excellent restaurant-specific service; the widest available range of electronic payments offering; and the fastest funding for our clients. While we will continue to support other providers, we expect to provide a new level of client innovation and support with RBS WorldPay."

"We are pleased to be selected by XPIENT as its endorsed provider," says Ian Stuttard, president and CEO of RBS WorldPay. "XPIENT is an industry leader, and we look forward to strengthening our relationship in support of their continuing success. RBS WorldPay and XPIENT's shared customer-centric values, combined with both organization's experience in the quick-service and fast-casual segments, will create new levels of value for our mutual clients."
