Techknow, LLC has acquired the assets and operations of Techknow, Inc., effective August 3. Richard Elliott is now owner, president and CEO, with the same contact number (832-919-4841) and email address—richard.elliott@gotechknow.com. The website also remains the same—www.gotechknow.com. Headquarters have moved to Houston, Texas. The new address is: 10505 Town & Country Way, Box # 19468; Houston, Texas, 77224-9468.
Techknow, LLC will manage, support and maintain the products sold and installed by Techknow, Inc, and will honor all current warranties as before. For products with expired warranties, both software and hardware, we will make every effort to help maintain, repair or provide updated alternatives. Technical support and 1-800 numbers will remain the same and will be active September 1, 2018. We are accepting orders today for delivery late October to early November. After November 1, delivery timeframes will be reduced to 30 to 45 days from order date.
