Techknow, the provider of drive thru timers and order confirmation systems to quick-serve restaurants, today announced Richard Elliott will be joining Techknow on October 1st, 2014 as its new president.

Mr. Richard Elliott appointment is part of a managed executive transition, which has been coordinated by the Board of Techknow and the current CEO/president, Mr. Stephen Locke. As part of this transition, Mr. Locke will continue to be actively involved with the company, as CEO.

“Leading the Techknow organization has been the highlight of my career,” says Mr. Locke. “The Techknow team has built a great business, and we are well positioned to capitalize on the strengths Richard brings to our organization. I look forward to working closely with Richard and I am confident he will lead the organization to new heights.”

Richard Elliott most recently held the role of senior solutions architect of Panasonic Communications Solutions of North America. During his twelve years in many positions the company significantly improved its market position and performance. He joined Panasonic in 2001 as national sales manager, after a successful career in sales, with firms including Allied Riser.
