Danielle Clark has been named chief financial officer for Ted’s Montana Grill. As CFO, she joins the senior leadership team, overseeing all financial operations for the 55-unit restaurant company.

Clark previously was manager of internal audit for Turner Enterprises, a privately owned company owned by Ted Turner that manages a variety of private investments and Ted’s Montana Grill. While at Turner Enterprises, she oversaw operational and financial audits for all Ted’s Montana Grill restaurants nationwide and managed internal audit staff and all aspects of budgeting processes for the department.

Prior to her role at Turner Enterprises, Clark was an assistant vice president and controller of Trustway Insurance Agencies in Atlanta, a subsidiary of AssuranceAmerica and provider of personal automobile insurance. Additional professional experience includes accounting, controller, and corporate secretary positions for Ivan Allen Company, Grant Thornton, and National Leisure Group.

“Danielle is an incredible asset to our company,” said George McKerrow Jr., president and CEO of Ted’s Montana Grill, when announcing Clark’s appointment to CFO. “Her responsibilities at Turner Enterprises as an internal auditor and manager give her in-depth, first-hand experience of our financial operations and management. We are very fortunate to have her join our executive team at Ted’s Montana Grill.”

Clark is a graduate of Suffolk University in Boston, where she earned a bachelor of science in business administration. She became a Certified Public Accountant in 1999. Clark resides in Atlanta.
