Cintas Corporation announced the launch of its new tile and carpet deep cleaning service in 44 major markets across North America. Developed for commercial facilities, Cintas’ service uses a patent-pending high-pressure steam system to remove dirt and deep clean a variety of carpeted and hard-surface floor coverings. Cintas helps businesses extend the life of their floors with a regular maintenance program that assists in restoring floors to their original condition while also reducing costs associated with specialized in-house cleaning services.
“Floors are one of the first things a customer sees when they walk into a business, so it’s imperative they are kept clean and provide a favorable first impression,” says Mike Thompson, senior vice president of Cintas Facility Services. “From cleaning grout lines to carpets with high-traffic patterns, our new tile and carpet deep cleaning services help businesses deep clean and revitalize their floor surfaces so customers keep returning.”
To clean tile and grout, Cintas’ trained experts use a four-step process to remove dirt and restore floors inside and outside the building. The system is effective on a variety of floor surfaces, including man-made tile and grout, natural tile and grout, quarry kitchen tile, concrete, and brick walkways.
A hot-water extraction method is used to deep clean carpet effectively removing residue left behind by other cleaning methods. Carpets are then extracted using the Cintas Fast Dry method, which allows carpets to dry in just a few hours. Customers also have the option to further protect floors with its stain repellant program.
Unlike other carpet cleaning services, Cintas’ trained experts arrive at the facility in a state-of-the-art mobile cleaning plant. After the completion of the cleaning, representatives follow up 24 hours later to ensure customer satisfaction.
