Tin Drum Asian Kitchen, a fast casual concept focused on fresh, bold, Asian inspired cuisine, is bringing the flavors of Saigon to the state of Georgia with the unveiling of its newest product lineup, which features authentic ingredients and refreshing options just in time for summer. Available now through August 13, guests can enjoy a variety of new menu items such as the Saigon Citrus Bowl and Prickly Pear Lemonade that add a unique twist to the brand’s lineup of Asian fusion style dishes.

The Saigon Citrus Bowl takes the popular Vietnamese bowl to the next level, made with Sing Chow noodles tossed in a sweet and bright citrus chili lime vinaigrette, a protein of choice sautéed in Teriyaki, fresh romaine, carrots, cucumbers, cilantro and topped with sprinkled roasted peanuts. Customized to fit personal preference, guests can choose chicken, shrimp, steak or tofu. The bold flavor combinations featured in the Saigon Citrus Bowl are inspired by the rich, diverse food culture found only in the famous street food scene in Saigon.

“Asian inspired flavors and culture are at the heart of our brand and we’re excited to have created a menu item that transports our guests to the variety of unique cuisine offered in the food capital of Vietnam without needing a passport,” says Steven Chan, founder of Tin Drum Asian Kitchen. “The Saigon Citrus Bowl embodies Tin Drum’s menu versatility and innovation by showcasing the variety and breadth of Vietnamese cuisine. Our new lineup is a testament to our commitment of embracing the various cultures that inspire our ongoing menu innovation, and we look forward to taking our guests on the culinary adventure that’s offered with Saigon Summer.”

Serving as the perfect cool down on a summer day, the new refreshing Prickly Pear Lemonade is another addition to the Saigon Summer limited-time menu. Coinciding with the tangy flavors of the Saigon Citrus Bowl, the bright pink, tart and sweet summer drink serves as the perfect summer sippin’ option that can help guests combat the Georgia heat. The new beverage addition reflects the fun atmosphere and ambience of Vietnamese culture and showcases the brand’s mission of providing guests with an authentic, top-notch dining experience.
