This April, Tocaya Organica, the fresh-casual modern Mexican concept, is launching a new seasonal menu at all 13 locations across Southern California and Arizona. Just in time for balmy weather and those beach-ready workouts, the coconut-forward menu stars a new burrito, the gluten-free Guiltless Burrito, as well as a new protein, Cilantro Lime Vegan Chicken. A refreshing new cocktail, the CocoPiña, will also be launching at select locations.

- New Protein: Cilantro Lime Vegan Chicken: Chipotle marinated Gardein vegan chicken with grilled onion, jalapeno, cilantro, and lime
- New Dessert: Coconut Churro Bites: Waffle pressed churro tossed in coconut sugar and served with coconut dulce de leche
- New Cocktail: CocoPiña: Casamigos infused with coconut ginger tea, pineapple, lime, coconut, and stevia
