As temperatures start to cool down for fall, Togo’s Eateries Inc., a “West Coast Original” since 1971, heats things up with the launch of their new Boom Boom Pastrami Sandwich. This new sandwich launched today marries Togo’s premium hand sliced pastrami with special Boom Boom Sauce from Ken’s Foods, a creamy blend of fiery chili peppers with a hint of garlic. The Boom Boom Pastrami comes with melted Pepper Jack cheese and pepperoncini, all toasted on Classic White bread.

“Americans are all about spicy foods, so we created the Boom Boom Pastrami to kick up the heat on our best-selling sandwich,” says Togo’s CMO Renae Scott. “When we tested it with Togo’s fans during July, they gave it the best ratings we have ever received on a new sandwich. Spicy food fanatics are going to fall in love with the Boom Boom Pastrami.”

The Boom Boom Pastrami continues Togo’s tradition of big, fresh and meaty sandwiches. Layered with premium, hand-sliced pastrami, every Boom Boom Pastrami sandwich can be personalized with Togo’s one-on-one, deli-style service. Togo’s will also offer a chicken version of the Boom Boom sandwich, and guests may add Boom Boom Sauce to any sandwich to kick up the flavor.

The Boom Boom Pastrami Sandwich is now available at over 250 Togo’s restaurants across the American West.
