Tokyo Joe’s announced two leadership promotions within the corporate office: Jerry Teague as vice president of construction and Jon Vingo as COO.

As vice president of construction, Jerry Teague will be responsible for all major construction projects including restaurant remodels, the permitting and build out of new restaurants, and the repair and preventative maintenance within existing restaurants. Teague’s major emphasis in 2016 will be to make sure that Tokyo Joe’s opens each of its new restaurants on time. He will help with the upcoming fourth quarter new openings in Richardson and McKinney, Texas, and Castle Rock and Northfield, Colorado.

As chief operations officer, Jon Vingo will continue to oversee the human resource functions while adding operations to his list of responsibilities. Vingo’s major emphasis in 2016 will be to continue to elevate Tokyo Joe’s People Development program and the operations functions within the restaurant management teams.

Tokyo Joe’s will open its first restaurant in Texas on October 15t in Richardson. The company plans to open six additional restaurants across the Dallas-Fort Worth area in the next 18 months.
