Toppers Brick Oven Pizza, Inc. (OTC: TBOP) announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Famous Uncle Al's Franchise, Inc. and the worldwide exclusive franchise rights to Famous Uncle Al's Restaurants, also known as Famous Uncle Al's Hot Dogs.

Famous Uncle Al's Restaurants, Inc. operates nine restaurants in the Tidewater area of Virginia and has been in business since 1985. Founded by Mr. Al Stein, the restaurants are best known for their Boar's Head hot dogs, sausage sandwiches and French fries.

Toppers Brick Oven Pizza, Inc. also announced that the company has entered into a consulting agreement with Ronald L. McDonald and International Lounge and Restaurant Operators, Inc. to aid in developing the Famous Uncle Al's Hot Dog franchise business.

In addition, Toppers has signed an agreement to acquire Franchise Development, Inc., a franchise consulting firm, and has retained that company's president, Mr. Richard Michael, as Director of Franchise Operations.
