Torchy’s, which got its start with a single food trailer in Austin in 2006, has since grown to more than 60 locations throughout Texas, Colorado and Oklahoma. The brand is known for its untraditional menu featuring unique, high-quality, responsibly sourced ingredients and its “Damn Good” Taco of the Month.

It’s also future-proofed for the addition of new locations to support Torchy’s growing business.
