Clark most recently worked for Stir Crazy, where he managed the Asian chain’s multi-unit operations. Prior to that, he spent over 12 years with the Cheesecake Factory, where he helped grow the brand to 120 U.S. locations.
“I’m excited to come on board and help Tossed reach their goal of 1,000 locations across the country,” Clark says.
