The 2009 Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show, to be held September 11-13 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, will give restaurant and foodservice industry professionals throughout the Southeast the opportunity to gain ideas to boost their business, taste hundreds of new foods from all over the world, see thousands of products, watch cooking demonstrations and competitions.
The Exhibit Hall will host 450 exhibiting companies, showcasing everything for the front and back of a restaurant or foodservice establishment, with products ranging from equipment to gourmet foods. The Ferdinand Metz Foodservice Forum will offer more than 20 educational sessions featuring the leading presenters from companies in the restaurant and hospitality industries.
There will also be competitions and challenges, including a barista challenge and several culinary competitions.
