UFood Restaurant Group opens its new location at Boston’s Logan Airport in Terminal C. It marks a new franchise relationship with Midfield Concession Enterprises of Romulus, Michigan.
Midfield is a multi-unit food and beverage operator that operates national brands such as Cantina Laredo, Max & Erma’s, Champps Americana, The Coffee Beanery, and Quiznos. Midfield also operates its own award-winning brands, Sora Japanese Cuisine & Sushi Bar and the Mediterranean Grill.
The Terminal C location of the Boston-based quick-serve restaurant chain UFood Grill marks the company’s second location in Boston’s Logan International Airport and third airport location overall.
