UFood Restaurant Group opens its new location at Boston’s Logan Airport in Terminal C. It marks a new franchise relationship with Midfield Concession Enterprises of Romulus, Michigan.

Midfield is a multi-unit food and beverage operator that operates national brands such as Cantina Laredo, Max & Erma’s, Champps Americana, The Coffee Beanery, and Quiznos. Midfield also operates its own award-winning brands, Sora Japanese Cuisine & Sushi Bar and the Mediterranean Grill.

The Terminal C location of the Boston-based quick-serve restaurant chain UFood Grill marks the company’s second location in Boston’s Logan International Airport and third airport location overall.

Andrea Hachem, CEO and president of Midfield Concession Enterprises, says, “We are excited about our new partnership with UFood Grill. We like the concept of UFood Grill, as it provides travelers with great comfort food that not only tastes great, but is actually healthful and good for you. UFood Grill will be a great addition to Logan Airport Terminal C, as well as a hit with travelers.”
