Uncle Maddio’s Launches Fall LTOs

Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint announced the launch of its fall specialty menu items fusing popular American favorites, pizza and cheeseburgers. The limited time offers include the Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza, the Loaded Baked Potato Pizza, and a traditional French Onion Soup, which are all available at participating locations beginning November 1.

“We are the original create-your-own fast casual pizza restaurant, and sometimes Uncle Maddio wants to get in on the action by concocting fun pizza menu additions,” says Matt Andrew, founder and chief pizza maker, Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint. “We created our limited time offer fall menu that satisfies seasonal cravings for savory, hearty, and hot foods that offer creative and innovative recipes, complementing Uncle Maddio’s signature pizzas, homemade salads, and toasted panini menu favorites available everyday.”

In addition to build-your-own recipe combinations for pizzas, panini sandwiches, and salads at Uncle Maddio’s, limited time offers for fall include the Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza, topped with Mozzarella and Cheddar cheeses, bacon, ground beef, and red onion, then finished with lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles; the Loaded Baked Potato Pizza, featuring a base of ranch dressing and topped with Mozzarella and Cheddar cheeses, roasted potatoes, onion, bacon, sour cream, and cilantro; and the French Onion Soup, an onion broth-style soup topped with caramelized melted Mozzarella cheese.

The Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint traditional menu offers a made-from-scratch 9-inch individual pizza with up to three toppings, baked in 6 minutes, for $6.99. Guests choose one of three crusts, including a gluten-free option, and have a choice of 48 toppings, including six sauces, 27 vegetables, and 15 meats. For those with dietary restrictions or specifications, Uncle Maddio’s serves a selection of healthful options like whole wheat and gluten-free crusts, hormone-free chicken, local vegetables, Daiya vegan cheese, and organic greens. A take-and-bake option is also available.

The menu also features create-your-own salads as well as a pre-imagined menu of signature salads such as Greek, Chicken Caesar, and Santa Fe. There are toasted panini sandwiches, including choice creations such as Maddio’s Steak and Cheese, Basil Chicken, Tuscan Meatball, Turkey Bacon Cheddar, and more.

The Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint franchise operation is expanding with 165 units in development. Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint has targeted Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., for growth through franchising.
