Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint will soon open its first location in Raleigh, North Carolina. Business partners Andrew Madans and Talie Madans are developing three new locations in the Triangle region after being introduced to the concept when visiting family in Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint’s hometown, Atlanta.
“The first time I entered an Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint location, and I was greeted with the most enthusiastic ‘Ciao, Maddio’ I knew this was a great concept,” says Andrew Madans, Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint franchisee. “Uncle Maddio’s is an entirely new, fresh take on pizza, and we’re so excited to bring a wholesome, creative, and original concept to Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill.”
Bringing their experience and background in hospitality, concessions, and event management, business partners Andrew Madans and Talie Madans say they were impressed with the Uncle Maddio’s emphasis on customer service, a family-friendly atmosphere, while serving made-to-order, fully-customizable pizzas, panini sandwiches, and salads.
“At Uncle Maddio’s ‘Served With Love’ goes beyond the delicious, fresh, hand-made pizzas, salads and paninis, it’s also about serving multi-generational families at one table, business professionals at the next and a group of friend at another table,” says Talie Madans, Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint franchisee. “We look forward to owning our own business, and having our slice of the American dream opportunity with the support and foundation provided by Uncle Maddio’s.”
At Uncle Maddio’s patrons build their own entree by selecting from 48 toppings on the create-your-own pizza menu. In addition, the restaurants feature a full menu of signature chef-created combinations. Uncle Maddio’s pizzas are available in three sizes with three crust choices, including traditional, whole-wheat, and gluten-free dough. Six homemade sauces, 27 vegetables, and 15 meats complete the wholly individual experience. Uncle Maddio's offers hormone-free chicken, local vegetables, Daiya vegan cheese, and organic greens.
“My family’s dietary needs alone consist of vegan, gluten-free and a meat-lover,” says Talie Madans. “At Uncle Maddio’s, we can all dine together, order our preferred pizza of choice, and have a great time in a casual, inviting, and comfortable atmosphere.”
