Uncle Maddio’s Stacks Up LTO Panini Lineup

While the calendar says August is National Panini Month, Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint prefers to feature hot, toasted, sandwiches with melted cheeses, meats, and veggies when the weather starts to cool down. Just in time for fall, fast-casual pizza franchise is celebrating the never-forgotten pizza sidekick with a new limited-time expanded panini menu.

“If you love our pizzas—and you know you do—then it’s time now to be bold and come in to taste an Uncle Maddio’s Toasted Panini sandwich,” says founder Matt Andrew. “Our menu always features more than 5 million combinations for panini, salad, and pizza lovers. The weather may be cooling down, but it’s getting hot—and gooey with all that melted cheese—in here.”

Always customizable, Uncle Maddio’s panini sandwiches feature artisan breads, local veggies, handmade meatballs and sausages, homemade dressings, and secret-recipe homemade sauces. The limited-time lineup includes the Italian Panini, with honey-cured ham, pepperoni, salami, Provolone, banana peppers, lettuce, tomato, and house-made Italian dressing; the Tuscan Meatball Panini with homemade meatballs, marinara sauce, melted Mozzarella, and basil; and the Eggplant Parmesan Panini, made with lightly breaded and baked eggplant, homemade marinara sauce, caramelized onions and mushrooms, and warm Mozzarella cheese. And finally, a fall favorite, the Turkey Bacon Cheddar Panini features turkey, bacon, Cheddar, lettuce, tomato, and Chipotle Ranch dressing.
