Uncle Maddio's Pizza is offering its popular ThaiTastic Salad and Sriracha Chicken Pizza due to popular demand. The pizza franchise will offer the two Southeast Asian-flavored menu, inspired by the complex sweet-sour-salty-spicy flavor of Thai cuisine, at Uncle Maddio’s locations nationwide beginning the week of April 4 to 9.

The ThaiTastic Salad features fresh field greens topped with juicy grilled chicken, red onions, purple cabbage, peanuts, and drizzled with a handmade Thai peanut sauce and sweet and spicy honey Sriracha dressing. For those craving the Thai flavors on a pizza, the Sriracha Chicken Pizza starts with Uncle Maddio’s homemade pizza dough and is topped with the same homemade sauces and fresh ingredients as the salad.

Uncle Maddio’s has partnered with the Southern Peanut Growers and is committed to sourcing its peanuts from American peanut farmers for the Thai menu items. The partnership will be supported by a joint social media campaign between Uncle Maddio’s and the Southern Peanut Growers.

Uncle Maddio’s is a next generation pizza restaurant that lets guests build their own pizza exactly how they want it and cooked in fast-baked ovens and served to their tables in about six minutes. Guests choose from one of three crusts, including a delicious gluten-free option, and 48 toppings, including six sauces, 27 vegetables, and 15 meats.
